CLM is theocratic (God ruled) in governance. Apostle Washington's spiritual covering and credentialing is with Revival Fellowship International, Inc., of Beaufort, SC, where Dr. John Polis is the founding Apostle and President.

Bishop Washington is in covenant relationsip with other Apostles and Bishops.

CLM is registered with the IRS as a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, and with the state of West Virginia as a corporation. Financial accountability is collaborated with Lawhorn & Company International, Inc., Cleveland, TN.

CLM is affiliated with Kingdom Covenant Fellowship, Inc.

CLM held its first gathering on May 8, 1994 at 410 Morgantown Avenue, Fairmont, WV. Oh, what a glorious day that was as we celebrated our destiny.

The ministry objective of CLM is to be apostolic in foundation, prophetic in direction, evangelistic in impartation, pastoral in cultivation, and to teach with revelation.

We will continue growing and changing lives with strong emphasis on leadership, excellence in ministry and church planting.

CLM's influence extends throughout most of the United States, Canada, Israel, Nicaragua and Africa.

We are full-Gospel, non-denominational

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God

We believe in salvation by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ

We believe in water baptism by immersion

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and that every believer can speak with a Heavenly language (tongues)

We believe in the five ascension gifts (Ephesians 4:11)

We believe in the Great Commission of our Lord.

We believe in the physical return of Jesus Christ.
